Applicants: 'Apply online' service in the UK will be temporarily unavailable from 22 March to 23 March 2013

Our 'Apply online' service for applicants in the UK will be unavailable between 18:00 on 22 March 2013 and 19:00 23 March 2013 while we carry out essential maintenance.

During this time, applicants in the UK will not be able to:

  • access their customer account;
  • submit applications;
  • book appointments;
  • pay for their applications online; or
  • use our 'application form finder' tool.

If you have started and saved an application online, you will ... be able to access it once the service is reinstated.

Please do not telephone us to book an appointment. We will not be able to book any appointments over the phone. The online appointment booking service will be available again on 23 March 2013.

This does not affect appointments already booked. If you already have an appointment please attend it.

'Apply online' in the UK is the only service that will be affected. Applicants outside the UK will still be able to apply online using our Visa4UK service.
